  JunMing special extruded board for cold chain adopts the environmental protection foaming process.It has a high-performance rigid foamed plastic with honeycomb closed cell structure, which is extruded with polystyrene as raw material, plus auxiliary materials, additives and flame retardants, heated, mixed and injected with catalysts. It has the characteristics of environmental protection, low heat conduction, high compression resistance, light weight, moisture resistance and moisture resistance.

  Polystyrene foams has two type: expandable EPS and continuous extruded XPS. Compared with EPS board, XPS board is the third generation of hard foaming insulation material. From the process, it overcomes the complicated production process of EPS board and has superior performance that EPS board can not replace. It is a plate with continuous and uniform surface layer and closed cell honeycomb structure produced by extrusion process of polystyrene resin and other additives. The thick plate of these honeycomb structures will not have gaps at all. The thermal insulation material of this closed cell structure can have different pressures (150-500kpa) and the same low thermal conductivity (only 0.028w / m.k) and long-lasting excellent thermal insulation and compressive properties, and the compressive strength can reach 220-500kpa.

The closed rate of its structure reaches more than 99%, forming a vacuum layer to avoid air flow and heat dissipation,So it can ensure the durability and stability of its thermal insulation performance. Compared with the closed rate of 80% of foamed polyurethane, it has a self-evident leading advantage. Practice has proved that the insulation effect of 20mm thick XPS extruded insulation board is equivalent to 50mm thick expanded polystyrene and 120mm thick cement perlite. Therefore, this material is the best choice for building thermal insulation at present.

  2. Excellent high strength and compression resistance

  Due to the special structure of XPS board, its compressive strength is very high and impact resistance is very good. According to different type and thickness of XPS, its compressive strength can reach more than 150 ~ 500kPa and can bear the ground load of various systems. It is widely used in geothermal Engineering, expressway, airport runway, square ground, large cold storage, interior decoration and thermal insulation and other fields.

  3. High quality hydrophobicity and moisture resistance

  Water absorption is an important parameter to measure thermal insulation materials. After the thermal insulation material absorbs water, the thermal insulation performance decreases. At low temperature, the inhaled water is very easy to freeze, damaging the structure of the thermal insulation material, so as to reduce the compression and thermal insulation performance of the plate. Because the molecular structure of polystyrene itself does not absorb water, the molecular structure of the plate is stable and has no gap, which solves the problems of water leakage, penetration, frosting and condensation of other materials.

  4. Light texture and easy to use

  The fully closed cell foaming chemical structure and honeycomb physical structure of XPS board make it light and high-strength. It is easy to cut , transport and install. But not easy to damage .

  5. Good stability and corrosion resistance

  In long-term use, it does not age, decompose or produce harmful substances. Its chemical properties are extremely stable. It will not degrade due to water absorption and corrosion, which will reduce its performance. It can still maintain its superior performance in high-temperature environment. According to relevant data, XPS extruded board can maintain excellent performance even if it is used for 30 ~ 40 years, without decomposition or mildew, and no volatilization of toxic substances.

  4. The minimum compressive strength is 180 kPa and the maximum compressive strength is 1000 kPa;

  4. The standard thickness of single-chip products is 50mm, which can also be customized according to customer needs.
